T12 Engineering has formed a strategic partnership with Priner Serviços Industriais S.A., one of Brazil’s leading industrial and engineering service providers, as part of its continued international expansion.

The collaboration combines T12’s global expertise in engineering and subsea solutions with Priner’s extensive national operations. Together, the two companies will deliver a fully integrated portfolio covering the entire offshore and onshore lifecycle – from conceptual studies, advanced engineering and procurement through to operations, maintenance, commissioning and decommissioning.

The agreement enables T12 – which operates from Teesside, Glasgow and Edinburgh – to strengthen its position in one of the world’s most dynamic offshore markets by leveraging Priner’s well-established relationships with major industry players.

In turn, Priner gains access to advanced technical expertise and international best practice, allowing it to take on larger, higher-value projects while increasing its overall delivery capacity.

With Brazil ranking as the world’s second-largest subsea market, the partnership positions both firms to meet rising demand for sustainable, high-value solutions that support the long-term performance of critical offshore and onshore assets.

The collaboration marks a key milestone in T12 Engineering’s global growth strategy, establishing a firm foothold in Brazil. It brings together T12’s technical know-how with Priner’s local insight and operational strength to create a powerful platform for delivering high-quality engineering solutions in the region.

Earlier this year, T12 announced a major three-year framework agreement in Brazil with an independent oil and gas operator. The deal followed the successful delivery of equipment supporting the late-life extension of subsea assets. The company has also opened an office in Oslo, marking its entry into Norway’s vital energy market.

T12 Engineering works across a wide range of sectors, including bridge construction, energy-from-waste, petrochemicals and asset integrity management. Its core expertise lies in designing and delivering technologies that extend the life of subsea assets and critical infrastructure.
