Fulcrum Group Assets Director, Carly Gilchrist has been named as ‘Manager of the Year’ at the prestigious Gas Industry Awards 2019.
The award acknowledges her abilities as a key driver of change within the organisation and significant growth within Fulcrum’s asset business.
Carly (pictured with her award), who first joined the Group as an entry-level graduate, has gained a reputation for changing industry perceptions, driving improvement and creating a customer-centric and responsive service.
She has championed a collaborative approach to working with asset partners and is dedicated to delivering solutions, navigating red tape and eradicating delay.
The award was presented at a ceremony held yesterday (May 15) at London’s Park Lane Hilton, which saw more than 600 gas industry professionals come together to celebrate the industry’s achievements.
In all the Gas Industry Awards, which is organised by IGEM and the Energy and Utilities Alliance (EUA), received more than 120 entries across ten extremely competitive categories.
The awards, which were launched in 1998, are designed to highlight innovation, engineering excellence and creativity of those operating throughout the gas industry.
Carly Gilchrist said: “It truly is a great honour to receive this award, but I’d like to pay tribute to the members of my team, who continue to show the dedication required to deliver high standards of customer service.”
